Who are your favorite composers/producers?
This changes all the time, but recently I've been listening to a lot of Jóhann Jóhannsson, Jamie XX, and Jai Paul (So many J names!)
What is an interesting fun fact about you?
I once sang the national anthem at an event for the Minnesota DeafBlind Association. So I sang my heart out for an audience that could neither hear nor see me.
Backup fun fact in case the first fun fact is too silly: I'm an avid Crossword Puzzle enthusiast. I do the NYT Crossword every day.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in guitar performance in 2009, Marc moved to the Twin Cities and quickly began playing in several acclaimed bands. He has garnered accolades from 89.3 The Current, City Pages, and many others for his work with acts like Hotelecaster, Grammar, and You Oughta Know. In 2016, Marc quit his 9-5 in the technology sector to pursue music composition for film, television, and advertisement. From suspense cues to rock riffs to banjo-infused folk tunes, Marc produces it all from his home studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
