An interesting fun fact about myself would have to be that I can't read music. I have always played by ear and commit all my compositions to memory only.

Kid Chad is a Los Angeles based multi-genre artist hailing from a rural town in West Virginia. Collaboration has always been his main focus as he feels creative expression is the root of self-discovery; and what better way to discover and grow than by including everyone so we can all reach a new level. He's always been called the Kid because his main goal with his music has been to tap into that "core-self" that's relatable to everyone and convey that truth with the purity and vulnerability of a child's heart. In the kid's mind, we are all just children on this playground we call Earth. There aren't usually rainy days in Los Angeles yet you can still find Kid Chad in his personal studio as if everyday was a rainy day. From creating smooth, piano compositions to alternative hiphop and even folk-pop, he has always had a love for creating something uniquely dynamic with each session. Currently Kid Chad is working on 3 different genre albums: one entirely acoustic, one hiphop, and one experimental album that he digitally composed himself. When creating songs, Kid Chad just lets it flow with little to no planning. Just about every song he's recorded was written and recorded from a moment of pure passion; each song created from a beautiful spark of divine inspiration.
