Bob Gallo’s incidental and theme song music could be heard worldwide on the popular and now syndicated television episodes of The Cosby Show and It’s A Different World. For 5 years, he was the featured acoustic guitarist who accompanied popular recording legend Aretha Franklin on the theme song of It’s A Different World weeknights on NBC. Following his work for NBC, he was heard weekly on the popular Fox Network series Living Single. Currently, he can be heard worldwide on syndicated episodes of all three shows for which he composed, performed and acted as Composer /Assistant Musical Director. Bob Gallo worked as Composer for the animated series on Nickelodeon and CBS entitled Little Bill, also released on Paramount Home Video and DVD, currently on Prime for which he currently composes, arranges and performs. It features voice-overs of such well-know actors as Gregory Hines, Phylicia Rashad, the late Madeline Kahn, Rosie Perez, and Bill Cosby. An active studio musician, Gallo studio credits include Denise William's Grammy Award-winning CD This Is My Song.
