I graduated in 1993 with a Masters degree in classical guitar and composition from Meadows School of the Arts (SMU). I have also extensively studied music from my native country, Pakistan, as well as classical music from the Indian subcontinent. Music is the way I choose to relate with the world. There are so many choices composer can make, the results are limitless. The ear can paint any picture in the mind’s eye.
