I started my professional music career in 1990, while in college studying TV & Radio Broadcasting. I wrote and produced music for many Chicago area R&B and rap artists, including my own group Another Choice. I've worked with house music legends Larry Heard and Raymond Funnye, and recorded for the legendary dance music labels Dance Mania. and Alleviated Records. I began my music licensing journey in 2017 and started my companies MK-1 Music, and 7/22 Sync Agency. Since then have placed music in programs on WE TV, Tubi, ESPN, and a couple of independent films.
